Navix Imaging Installs Enterprise Wide Digital Information System
CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA-April 1, 2005-Navix Imaging, Inc. (News) today announced that it completed the conversion to a fully integrated digital information system. The combination of hardware and software allows for all facets of imaging, billing and patient information to be tracked, stored and electronically deliver information to the highest degree available by technology today. The system includes all paper to be scanned and merged with electronic files to follow patients through the complex healthcare environment today. From scheduling to medical records, patients and referring physicians can recall information instantly. Most importantly, the Company can reduce patient errors which exceed all governmental requirements to improve healthcare today. The installation of the paperless solution is interfaced with the Company's existing picture archiving and communications system (PACS). This is the last piece for total digital transformation of a data driven industry for the Company. Our radiologists can now have all information instantly available at their workstations for the best possible interpretation results also.
