Navix Imaging
is Florida based outpatient diagnostic imaging
center company. We have served our patients
in many local communities throughout the
state of Florida since 1969. The concept
of outpatient center imaging is to provide
fast access to diagnostic imaging technology
in the community in a cost effective manner.
Our facilities
are all equipped with the latest technology
available in the US and contain all types
of imaging for your only necessary stop for
service. Each center has the same technology
that you would find in most large hospital
systems. We provide general x-ray, bone density
testing for osteoporosis, mammography, ultrasound,
nuclear medicine, echocardiography, vascular
imaging, computerized tomography (CT) scanning,
magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and positron
emission tomography (PET) scanning. Besides,
having all available technology to you and
your physician, the breadth of services is
very important to the patient since each
modality has been selected due to its ability
to diagnosis and "see" something
different. That is why it is important to
us to have all modalities in our centers.
You and your physician can receive varied
tests completed in a controlled environment
for accuracy and efficiency in diagnostic
care.
We subscribe
to all available credentialing and licensure
certificates available in our segment of
the healthcare industry. All of our facilities
are inspected and licensed by the state of
Florida. We hold a separate license by the
state of Florida for nuclear medicine. Our
mammography program is certified by the Food
and Drug Administration as well as following
MQSA quality assurance standards. Our MR
program is accredited by the American College
of Radiology. We are also inspected and licensed
by the federal government to hold an Independent
Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) license.
These should be important factors to our
patients to validate the quality of our care
and results.
Each one of
our Facilities have full time Board certified
radiologists on site for the most efficient
interpretations. We can then have the availability
to look at patients results real time to
determine that we have the right views and
results the first time. Our physicians are
licensed by the state of Florida and are
also available to meet or discuss the patients'
case in your local environment.
Our technical
staff are all certified in their own individual
specialty. Local hospitals do not even need
to meet these standards. We are proud of
these professionals and all our center staff.
We are well coordinated through a fully integrated
state-of-the-art digital information system
to reduce patient errors and speed the results
to your physician.
